FIRST MEETING
Let's talk a little about your project and what you envision it to be. This is where we get to know you and your style so we can determine how we can help you achieve your goals. We can adapt our services based on your needs, the extent of the project and your budget.

We will carefully review the scope of your project and provide the best option for you. The quote will include our design fee along with a contract with our terms & conditions. We believe is it important that you have full transparency of the process. As soon as you sign the contract and pay the initial deposit, we will start the design process and put our creativity to work!
DESIGN
We take measurements of the space and begin the drawings! We will provide you with a comprehensive design concept to review and approve. This is the stage where we will be communicating regularly and adjusting the plans until we get it right!
final plans
Once the design concept is approved, we finalize the drawings and provide you with a full set of plans. These include floorplan views, elevation views, a demolition and construction plan, a lighting and electrical plan as well as detailed drawings for custom furniture and joinery. We will also include 3D realistic renderings to truly visualize the new space!
